Freshfields SaaS dashboard

Freshfields, a global law firm, sought a modernized approach to managing legal matters. The SaaS dashboard, created over six months, centralized legal processes across the business. As the lead designer, I oversaw the Styleguide, Design System, and UI for 1000+ screens, collaborating closely with lawyers, barristers and developers.

User Testing: Conducted user testing with legal professionals to refine prescribed screens and flows.

Styleguide: Created a comprehensive tool to prevent redundancy and provide quick reference during the project.

Design System: Ensured consistency and rapid updates with four libraries covering UI elements, navigation, pop-ups, and widgets.

Final Design: Compiled into a final file and delivered to InVision, each project section had its InVision prototype, overcoming syncing limitations.

This case study showcases the successful transformation of legal workflows through the implementation of the SaaS Legal Dashboard, emphasizing collaboration and efficiency.
