Wuntu rewards
As the Senior Product Designer for Three’s Loyalty App first MVP release, my focus was on enhancing the user experience (UX) and refining the interface. This case study highlights our collaborative efforts to create a seamless and engaging Wuntu experience.
Collaboration: Close collaboration with the UX research and development teams ensured a user-centric design approach that was both insightful and implementable.
User Journeys: Multiple design iterations, informed by UX research insights, were executed to improve user journeys and present information in an effortlessly comprehensible way.
UX Research Insights: Design decisions were guided by UX research insights, addressing specific user needs and preferences uncovered through analysis and testing.
Implementation Strategy: A collaborative approach with developers prioritized simplicity without compromising the richness of the user experience, allowing us to adapt swiftly to technical constraints.
Results: The iterative design process, informed by user insights and effective collaboration, led to a successful release of Wuntu’s enhanced MVP, with positive feedback and improved adoption metrics.
Conclusion
