Problem

The existing product ecosystem was fragmented. Core tools were delivered as PDFs or disconnected interfaces, which made mobile use awkward, created duplicate design patterns and limited how easily new features could be added.

This fragmentation made it difficult for veterinary professionals and pet owners to manage reminders, track pet health data, and access key information in a clear, intuitive way.
